What’s the harm in obtaining a free quote?
We design bespoke, customer-designed pergolas and decks for our customers. That means we can’t give you a quote until we have designed the area for you, taking into account your site, your home and your requirements.
On the other hand, builders who provide free quotes without plans are simply giving you an estimate of what it will cost.
These quotes will allocate an amount to cover standard materials etc. But once the design has been finalised, it’s likely you’ll find your pergola or deck costs more than you originally planned. For many people, this type of budget blow-out can cause a lot of stress and worry. That’s why we believe you deserve more than a quote.
We have a different approach
At our free, 30 minute Project Assessment Consultation, we’ll chat to you about your pergola or deck requirements and give you ideas about what’s possible. It’s also a chance for you to ask us lots of questions and to evaluate whether we are the right team for you.
If you decide we are a great fit for your pergola or deck project, we’ll move onto the design phase. Designing a beautiful deck or pergola takes time and care to ensure it delivers on your needs while matching the look and structure of your home.
Once designed, we can offer you a fixed price contract which includes all of your selections so there is no nasty surprises once building commences. We operate this way because we believe it provides transparency and certainty for our clients.
